Not only do we have to worry about toys from china, but also candy canes. Please look at the stocking stuffer candy and see where that stuff comes from.

I agree with all of you regarding the situation with China made products, you would think that American trade would see the error in trading with a country that doesn't have the welfare of inoccent children in mind.

I've worked for Walmart in the past and one of the first things brought up in my second interview was regarding Walmarts purchasing tactics. They only can deal with companies large enough to supply the chain. Think of how big that company would have to be? And the fact that our larger companies are so concerned about profits, it's a never ending circle. Also, Walmart won't purchase from companies that would depend on their PO for more than a safe percentage will allow regarding the supplier's stability.

I guess Walmart needs to test their own products on the shelves as American trade is not doing a very good job.

Personally, I would like to enjoy my son's attention a little more this holiday. Forget about toys, how about teaching him how to use a hammer? Everyt
