You CAN NOT carve a turkey well while it's hot.It needs to cool off for at least a half
hour.No one ever tells you that.WHY?

obviously the turkey is not hot because she is holding it like its cold and she probably has a super expensive razor sharp knife!

The carving method described is one of two ways most folks carve a turkey. The other method is essentially the same, except that the breast is carved parallel to the breat bone in thin slices after making a perpendicular cut through to the breast bone just above the wing joint. In any case, be sure to not overcook the turkey; dry breast meat is not very tasty.
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
