Natural chef to the stars Bethenny Frankel shares the eating habits of a few of her fave clients to help you eat healthily and fabulously this holiday season.
PARIS & NICKY HILTON

(Paris & Nicky are pictured with their mother, Kathy.)
Tip No. 1: Don't Eat Everything on Your Plate
Paris and Nicky try to be as healthy as possible, says Bethenny, who has known the girls since they were kids. But what really keeps them so slim is this tiny trick: they never finish all the food on their plates. While some may think this is a wasteful exercise, Bethenny vehemently disagrees. She says Paris and Nicky are not obsessed with food like many of us -- they don't believe they're good or bad if they eat or don't eat something. Bethenny thinks that if the rest of the world adopted this philosophy, we'd all be a lot healthier.

MARISKA HARGITAY

(Mariska, who plays detective Olivia Benson on 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit', with her husband, Peter Hermann)
Tip No. 2: Load Up on Veggies
Bethenny met Mariska while both were vacationing in Italy, which was the perfect set-up for their food relationship. Turns out, Mariska adores Mediterranean foods with lots of flavor, and often requests such meals from Bethenny. Bethenny says Mariska does not want to be bone-thin. Her goal is just to be healthy, especially now that she's gotten married and has a brand new 6-month old, who she wants to grow up to be a healthy little dude.

RANDY JACKSON

('American Idol' judge Randy Jackson is pictured with his daughter Zoe.)
Tip No. 3: Fresh Ingredients for Flavor
After having gastric bypass surgery in 2003 and shedding more than 100 pounds, this Louisiana native had to re-educate himself about food so that he could maintain his svelte new body. Randy now believes you can eat southern classics in a healthy way. Bethenny concurs. She says that if you use fresh spices and ingredients, you never have to give up down-home, finger-lickin' flavor.

THE HOGANS

(The Hogan Clan: Nick, Linda, Brooke and Hulk)
Tip No. 4: Simply Substitute
The Hogans are a fun family, and they like fun American food, says Bethenny. Fast food restaurants are high on their list of dining out options. While you'd be crazy to talk to this family about tofu, she says it's easy to substitute a few of the most fattening ingredients for some low-fat options. For instance, instead of pats of butter, she'll mix in a little olive oil. Rather than sugar, she'll use low-sugar maple syrup. And that holds true for all Americans who like their foods greasy and fried. Simply substitute a few ingredients. No one will notice the switch and the meal will be so much healthier.

ALICIA SILVERSTONE

(Alicia is pictured with her husband Christopher Jarecki.)
Tip No. 5: Don't Be Afraid to Experiment
Bethenny says recently married Alicia, who is a vegan, will probably die a vegan. Her commitment to vegetarianism is absolute. Alicia's fearlessness has allowed her to experiment with many vegetarian diets, including macrobiotic and raw diets. Bethenny thinks that if we were all willing to experiment like Alicia, we'd discover a wealth of healthy options. Many mock-foods, like barbecued tofu and veggie chicken burgers, are excellent choices and can be added into any diet on occasion.

1. I think Hogans daughter looks more and more like a slutty whore everytime I see a picture of her. And as a "Famous" role model, "he" should be ashamed at the manner in which she dresses when she is in the "public" eye and photographed. It's shameful plain and simple
